Worka-Sakaro coffee hails from Ethiopia's Gedeb district, where "Worka" means "gold" in the local Gedio language, reflecting the warm-hearted locals and the abundant "Sakaro" tree. This region boasts high altitudes, exceeding 2,100 masl in some areas. Precise sorting and drying processes define Wuri coffee. Washed beans dry in 12-15 days, and Naturals take 18-21 days, with careful shading during the heat of the day. The result is a coffee renowned for its botanical and tropical complexity, setting it apart in flavor and history.
