History of Nicaragua Pacamara

La Bendición Farm, located in La Providencia within Nueva Segovia’s Dipilto-Jalapa mountain range, covers 367 acres, of which 194 acres are devoted to coffee cultivation. The sandy loam soil and shaded conditions from guaba and native trees provide ideal growing conditions. Committed to sustainable practices, the farm uses organic compost from coffee pulp and biological controls for pests. Eight coffee varieties are carefully managed in traceable lots, including Red Catuai, Maracaturra, and Pacamara.
