History of Peaberry Tanzania, Idiwili

Established in December 2016, Idiwili AMCOS initially processed parchment at home but swiftly recognized the potential for high-quality coffee production. By 2019, they invested in a pulper and drying tables to craft fully-washed coffees. Cherries are delivered from 2-6pm, undergo pulping and sorting, followed by fermentation, washing, soaking, and drying. Their future plans include upgrading with new fermentation tanks, drying tables, and a storage facility.
